Nicole Satherley
Principal
With over 35 years in the Real estate industry Nicole started her real estate career at the age of 13 as a receptionist for her local agency in Sydney.
During the years Nicole had a few career changes including a stint as a Police Officer, but she always managed to find herself back in a real estate office. From 1993 Nicole worked as a Property Manager transitioning in to the Business Development area with large company in Toowong in 2001.
Moving to Bellbowrie in 2002 Nicole immersed herself into raising her children often helping in the classroom, tuckshop and taking on the role of Centre Manager for Kenmore Little Athletics whilst still working in the industry.
After 9 years managing the rentals department for one of the largest agencies in Ipswich Nicole felt it was time to provide the service she always felt was missing. Being a Landlord and mother to several tenants, Nicole is passionate about offering a Property Management service that goes back to the basics being people and communication. .
